Speak Love into Your WATER!

ilovemyouIf you think Words dont have power, think again. Simple words of kindness and love generate healing vibrations into the atmosphere and within the body.

In fact, words like “I Love You” form beautiful crystalline geometric structures in water while words like “you are ugly” form muddled dark blobs.

Ever been drawn to someone only to find that that person is so cheerful and kind their seemingly small gestures leave you feeling better, or relaxed or just happy? You may have stepped into their aura or auric field which was vibrating at a higher level and emitting love, inner joy, and well being.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scholar and scientist, author of “The Hidden Messaglangwateres in Water” and “Love Thyself” studied water and words and discovered that there is a direct relationship and powerful interdependent transformation between water and words on a vibration level. His experiments proved that mean-spirited, lower level vibrational words produced or created “malformed” crystals.  He goes further to prove that thoughts not just words have the power to produce this same transformational albeit physiological effect. He believes that since the human body is over 65% water that we have the power to create peace, love, and healing into our atmosphere, our bodies and our communities simply by speaking and thinking such ‘higher-level thoughts and words.

In April of 2014, I read Dr. Emoto’s, The Secret Language of Water to school age children during an arts as education program. The children old enough to ‘get it’ were fascinated with the subject matter and relationships between words, water and emotions.

I love working out to powerful music, Im usually the petite girl finding my space at the bench repping up in sequence to often loud ‘manly’ music or sexy I-am-woman anthems. Headphones,  iron and plyometric ready.  If im not stretching to music, or in a HIIT or Circuit training with music,  Im dancing to Music! It’s an important part of my training. So what’s New?

I just ‘discovered’ this Bboy style Native Electronica DJ group and loving their eclectic grooves! If you love Indigenous music like I do with flavors of Dub Step, Old school Hip Hop, and Roots Reggae this is a HOT act. Their music can also be found on Sound Cloud and on their website! Listening to Your Body, Mind and Soul

304611_10100972501935244_265397390_nI’ve been “under” the weather lately, and really not knowing how to blog about it! I saw someone post on facebook that we must be like water and learn to ‘flow with’ life and it truly struck me that was a wise lesson to embrace d9a3463671d2cc9622b352870e378303during times when life throws you drastic movement and change. Coincidentally, I was also on my ‘flow’ and just coming off of a few heavier days of menstrual drama (for me anything past 4 days is drastic enough to challenge my daily workout and training routine) and I was forced to take a few extra days to simply rest and replenish my body, mind and soul during some stressful periods of change!  Last night, all I could feel was such deep gratitude for the powerful changes in my own life. Surely, I thought, I could have prepared for these shifts better and simply surged ahead. But there is no regret only gratitude and deeper love!


Sometimes we get to see honestly what we may be holding onto that no longer serves our highest good when we resist change even in small ways. The goal is to be aware of our actions, consciously, subconsciously, on the surface and otherwise, then act accordingly in alignment with our purpose and gifts. We must move forward fearlessly and with faith that the Universe is supporting our highest good. (smile) I felt so overwhelmed with bliss, love and simple well being, I feel all of this at this very moment. After a very long day, I listened to my body and rested, still sore from my bicep and ab workout! And awoke rejuvenated and ready!
