If you’re already on the road or on vacation travel safely and remember you can exercise ANYWHERE, ANYTIME NO GYM OR WEIGHTS NECESSARY!

Try to get in your 30 minutes, walking, running, jogging, cycling, and of course, push up, sit ups, burpees, push ups, and planks! Keep building and you will see results.



I usually do these at the gym with a 70 or 80 lb barbell in sets of 3-4 12 reps each. But I will be doing more sets with no weights.  After my Run/Sprint I use the stairs and lunge up the cases.
