Watercress Apple Juice – Quick K + Vitamins C, E, B’s!

Watercress is truly one of my FAVORITE super super foods! My first time being vegan some 20 years ago, I ate watercress like it was candy, back then with garlic, olive oil, sliced onions, and raw apple cider vinegar marinade. Today, I eat it mostly raw with a dabble of salt, organic cold pressed olive oil, or nothing at all. The juicing is what somewhat close to a wheatgrass shot. Holy Cow nasty, but ohh so good for the cells and spirit!

Today, I almost worship Watercress for the many healing properties and nutrients.

Here’s a very quick green juice that is packed with vitamins, aminos and minerals!

Quick Watercress Benefits 

  • Vitamins – A, C, E, K,  Bs(B thiamine, B2 riboflain, B3 niacin, B5 pantothenic acid, B6 pyridoxine, B7 biotin, B9 folic)
  • Amino Acids: alanine, cystien, histidine, glycine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, serine, tyrosine, valine
  • Minerals: Calcium, Copper, Phosphorus, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Sodium, Iodine, Zinc



1 cup water or coconut milk

1 small organic green apple

1 cup fresh watercress

Blend and strain!
